Shipping

After you have placed your order, please allow up to 10 days for your purchase to be custom-framed and securely packaged for shipping – this is because each piece is custom-framed and hand-assembled. Then please allow up to 14 days for your order to be shipped from Toronto to Buffalo, and then from Buffalo to you via UPS. If you have provided us with a Post Office Box or equivalent address, then your order cannot be shipped by UPS and we will contact you to get a UPS-deliverable address.

Returns

All products come with a 90-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, for whatever reason, your purchase can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We want to make it easy – simply contact me at the address below and we will arrange for pickup of your product and refund your money.
