Some History
This painting honors the 2002 University of Notre Dame football team and #3, worn by Arnaz Battle. The 2002 team, coached by Tyrone Willingham, went 10-3, including a 28-6 loss in the Gator Bowl to North Carolina State. Arnaz Battle was a Quarterback and Flanker/Wide Receiver for the University of Notre Dame. He was ultimately converted from the Quarterback position because of his athletic ability and mobility.
